All classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Beginners will feel clear about what they are doing with nurturing and simple guidance. Advanced & intermediate students get confirmation and inspiration taking their practice to the next level.

Every class is different with a new focus each time. One week may be for disease prevention or depression, and the next will be geared towards finding balance between heart and head. There are literally thousands of "kriyas" or sets, so each class stays interesting and fun. The one constant is stress relief.

I feel grounded after a class with Victoria. Her authentic free spirit aligns with my own, meeting me where I am each week. I’ve attended her classes for years and they’ve changed my life by boosting my physical and emotional well-being.The different themes for each class resonate with my internal states. Her healthy treats after class are the icing on the wellness cake. I’ve traveled the world and its hard to find another teacher that parallels the unique Victoria vibe.

’ve practiced Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Victoria Goodhart for quite some time. After years of taking yoga classes, I found the Instructor for me. Her nurturing guidance and detailed instructions bring personal growth through breathwork, movement and chanting. Aww…the lovely and talented Victoria Goodhart. And that’s exactly who she is, a Good Heart! Victoria’s Kundalini yoga classes are well thought out. She focuses on the importance and discipline of the 3rd eye awareness, and invites us to dance & be free with our bodies. Her classes are gentle and intense at the same time. The class pace begins slow and steady, and builds to higher levels of complexity. Victoria cares about her students and holds space for every one of them at every level. Her container is safe, loving and kind. Mantras, mudras, and always a homemade vegan treat at the end. How does she seem to know just what I need each time? I’m always more balanced and lighthearted on days when that seems impossible.

Victoria’s class is a sanctuary for me. I can set aside my worries and focus on myself. Her kindness and humor make yoga enjoyable, creating a safe space without judgement.
