Get one-on-one attention when you want it. The focus is all on you and every question you have is addressed. Each posture or exercise is adjusted until it feels right.
You are in the driver's seat of your practice and will choose each detail to suit your individual needs. We design your program together. You will create and sign an ever evolving contract to yourself with timeline goals and expectations. It is a work in progress to find what feels right over time.
Let us know if you want to start with once or twice a week. We will practice with that routine for a month and then re-evaluate to see how it feels. Each session usually runs for one and a half hours and will not exceed two hours unless we decide on a longer session.
If interested, information will be shared on different aspects of the Whole Yogi Lifestyle including nutrition and food preparation, relationship skills (including custom designed kriyas for partners), self massage, the full body scrub, Ishnaan (cold water therapy) and accountability techniques to keep your practice alive and active long term.
The sessions are deep and concentrated, intense and purposeful. They are also intended to be fulfilling and fun, encompassing a hearty, zealous and passionate state of being. If serious fun is not happening, please lettuce know.
